Dr Andie Hallihan established Applied Angle in 2003 with the purpose of supporting effective, long term and sustainable change within organisations across all business sectors.

Since then, the organisation has grown through careful selection of people who are experts in Training, Leading and Coaching, and who each have the goal of creating cultures, workforces and environments inside client organisations that will ensure the long term success of the business.
